What we are building
Most invoicing tools ask a small business to run an accounting department, and none of them produce the document a Gulf regulator asks for. Qistas keeps one book: who you invoice, what you billed them for, and what is still outstanding — and it is being built so that what leaves the book is a document your regulator accepts. Everything on screen answers one of those questions.
How we decide
Say what is true
The interface never claims a capability the product does not have. If a number is provisional or a feature is not built, the screen says so.
Arabic is not a translation layer
Every screen is designed right-to-left as well as left-to-right, with a typeface that carries Arabic properly. Nothing ships that reads as second-class in either language.
Money is handled exactly
Amounts travel as decimals from the database to the screen and are never converted to a floating-point number along the way. A rounding error in an invoice is not a cosmetic bug.
